Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive (New Logo)
Enterprise AI & Automation Platform
London, Hybrid
£80k to £90k base (£160k to £180k OTE, uncapped)

The UK is already on the map. There's a small sales team in London, a platform that fixes a problem large enterprises are already spending too much on, and a long list of UK organisations who haven't heard the pitch yet. You'd be joining early enough for your deals to shape what the UK business looks like, with people around you who know the product and the market.

The Company

An enterprise software scale-up whose platform lets large organisations orchestrate and automate complex end-to-end business processes. Agentic AI, low-code app development, data pipelines and enterprise connectors, all in one execution layer. Customers are Fortune 500 enterprises, global service providers and platform partners, weighted towards healthcare, insurance and banking. Commercial hubs in the US, UK and Europe. Engineering and product hub in India.

The Role

Quota-carrying, new-logo, full-cycle. You'll own your own set of UK enterprise accounts and build the pipeline yourself: outbound, your network, events, hyperscalers and SIs. Discovery through to signed multi-year subscription. Solution consulting, product and delivery sit behind you, and you'll have a small team of fellow AEs to compare notes with, but the opportunities you find, build and close are yours.

This is a platform sale. Expect to hold a commercial conversation and a technical one in the same meeting, with both the CIO and the line-of-business owner who lives with the process pain.

Must-have

  • Enterprise software or SaaS sales, carrying an individual new-business quota you've consistently hit
  • A record of closing net-new logos, with deals you sourced and won yourself
  • Full-cycle ownership: qualification (MEDDPICC or similar), business case, procurement, security review, legal
  • Genuine hunter instincts. You build pipeline when nobody is watching
  • Based within reach of London and able to get into the office on a hybrid basis

Nice-to-have

  • Automation, BPM, RPA, process orchestration, iPaaS or low-code/no-code background
  • AI, data platform or hyperscaler-adjacent selling
  • Healthcare, insurance or banking enterprise experience
  • Time in a company scaling through 100 to 500 people

Why apply?

The UK team is small now. It won't be in two years. The people who join at this stage are the ones whose deals become the reference customers and who get the most say in how the UK business is built. If you've closed net-new enterprise deals and want to be early in a UK operation that's set up to grow, come and talk to us.
