Founding Full Stack Engineer (Applied AI)

📍 California (Remote)
💰 $160,000 - $250,000 Base + Equity

Our client is an early-stage AI startup transforming how enterprises manage customer operations through intelligent AI-powered workflows and agents.

They're looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join a small, senior team and help build the next generation of AI-powered customer lifecycle management products.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop customer-facing applications with React
• Work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement AI-powered workflows
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture through production deployment
• Partner closely with founders to shape product direction and technical strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong backend experience with Python and API development
• Frontend experience with React
• Experience building AI-enabled products or workflows
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and customer empathy
