Enterprise Sales Executive (Agentic AI Platforms)

$150k base + Uncapped OTE + Equity
Edge Tech is working with a hyper-growth, deep-tech innovator that is fundamentally rewriting the rules of enterprise automation.
While the rest of the market is duct-taping basic LLMs to legacy software, they have built a unified, AI-Native Agentic Automation Platform. They empower global enterprises to replace fragmented, legacy systems with foundational AI infrastructure that drives real, operational transformation.
They are scaling fast and are looking for a heavyweight Enterprise Sales Executive to take ownership of strategic accounts and position their platform as the operational backbone for global enterprises.
Let’s be clear: This is not a transactional SaaS role.
This is complex, high-stakes, multi-stakeholder platform selling. You will be operating at the highest levels of the Fortune 500, navigating complex enterprise environments, and closing massive, transformational deals.
What You’ll Own:
- Hunting: Closing massive, multi-year platform deals in the £400k–£2.5m+ / $500k–$3m+ ACV range.
- The Full Lifecycle: Driving the entire enterprise sales motion: from deep discovery and value shaping, all the way to commercial close and strategic expansion.
- Boardroom Command: Acting as a peer and advisor to the C-Suite. You will engage CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and transformation heads to shape their enterprise AI strategy.
- Strategic Business Cases: Moving beyond feature-selling to build bulletproof commercial cases anchored in cost-reduction, risk-mitigation, resilience, and global scalability.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Collaborating closely with internal pre-sales, product, and leadership teams, while strategically partnering with major System Integrators (SIs) to land and expand multi-year relationships.
What They’re Looking For:
- 8–15 years of heavy-hitting enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Platform Pedigree: Proven success selling foundational enterprise platforms (e.g., Automation / RPA, AI, Machine Learning, Data, or deep Infrastructure).
- Complex Deal Mastery: A documented track record of orchestrating and closing highly complex, multi-stakeholder, 7-figure deals.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional consultative selling capabilities. You have the gravitas to walk into a boardroom, simplify complex AI concepts, and clearly communicate massive business value.
- Commercial Discipline: A self-directed, outcome-oriented operator with ruthless discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
