What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with Microsoft account executives, specialists, and partner managers.
  • Drive joint account mapping, co-sell pipeline generation, and revenue acceleration.
  • Execute GTM campaigns, workshops, and customer events with Microsoft teams.
  • Maximise incentives, MDF, and marketplace opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Track and report co-sell pipeline value, sourced revenue, and alliance ROI.

 

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 6–10 years in sales, alliances, or business development within tech services or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft sales motions, co-sell processes, and partner programs (particularly Copilot, Power Platform and Agentic AI).
  • Proven track record of building pipeline & revenue growth with Microsoft.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and negotiator who can influence outcomes.
