Your Mission
- Build trusted, field-level relationships with Databricks sellers, partner managers, and regional leaders.
- Co-own account mapping, planning, and pipeline generation with Databricks and our sales team.
- Execute demand-gen campaigns, workshops, and joint customer events that move the needle.
- Drive co-sell alignment across Databricks and the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Track, report, and maximize alliance-driven pipeline, revenue attribution, and incentives.
What You Bring
- 6–10 years in alliances, partner management, or sales within tech services/software.
- Deep familiarity with Databricks, cloud ecosystems, and the data/AI market.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and scale revenue alongside ISVs or data platforms.
- Confidence engaging with Databricks field sellers and cloud alliance teams.
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and results-driven operator.
