Your Mission

As Director of Sales, you'll lead the sales function, owning sales strategy, hiring and mentoring top talent, and scaling repeatable processes to fuel predictable growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing leadership, and get stuck into high-impact deals from day one.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team (currently 2 AEs + pre-sales engineer but will grow)

  • Owning and evolving the GTM playbook

  • Shifting from mid-market to larger enterprise motion ($250k–$1M+ deals)

  • Setting KPIs, leading forecast reviews, and reporting to the exec team

  • Driving toward an I/C & team revenue target with a 2–6 month sales cycles


What You Bring

  • Proven experience building and leading B2B SaaS sales teams

  • Track record in taking a startup from $1M to $10M ARR

  • Strong proven background in ERP / AI / fintech / payments verticals

  • Ability to design and scale sales processes that don’t rely on luck

  • You’ve lived the startup life: high ownership, hands-on, and thrive in the build phase
