The Opportunity

Our client is hiring a Technical Product Manager to help define and deliver the next wave of their Agent platform. You’ll own a product vertical, shape how customers experience AI, and bring new features from idea to prototype to launch.

You’ll be the kind of product person who can code just enough to test your own ideas, speak fluent engineer, and obsess over solving real customer problems.

This is your shot to work with a rocketship team, at the edge of what’s possible with LLMs, and build products that will redefine enterprise software.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own a key area of the AI Agent product
  • Work hands-on with engineers to design, prototype, and ship features fast
  • Use Python, APIs, and data tools to explore, build, and validate your ideas
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences
  • Talk to customers, test assumptions, and constantly iterate based on feedback
  • Write clear product specs, user stories, docs, and product updates
  • Collaborate across engineering, sales, and customer teams to drive value
  • Stay deeply involved in the AI ecosystem — and push boundaries internally

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in product or technical adjacent roles (solutions engineering, founder, AI consultant, etc.)
  • Strong Python skills for prototyping, data exploration, and API testing
  • Experience working with LLMs and agent-style architectures (embeddings, prompt design, vector search, etc.)
  • Proven ability to turn vague ideas into launched features
  • Deep curiosity, fast learning, and bias for shipping
  • Clear, concise written communication…async-native
  • Customer-first mindset: you love solving real pain, not just building shiny tools

 

Bonus Points For:

  • Building AI-powered products in production
  • Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Strong instincts on design, usability, and user experience
  • Past experience influencing product direction in early-stage companies
  • An MBA or practical business experience in a product-led company
