NHS Trust

Harlow (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)

£46k – £60k base

Contract: 6-month FTC (potential to extend)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with clinical and non-clinical teams to map and analyse business processes

  • Identify automation opportunities and support the development of business cases

  • Create clear, detailed process documentation (PDDs, workflows)

  • Liaise between stakeholders and RPA Developers to ensure seamless delivery

  • Support user acceptance testing and continuous improvement of deployed automations

What You Need

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in NHS or healthcare

  • Strong track record working on RPA projects (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to translate complex processes into actionable insights

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of NHS processes, patient pathways, and data governance

  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies
