About the Role

An innovative and fast-growing technology consultancy is seeking a Service Lead to join their dedicated Managed Services team. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to drive strategic automation solutions for a diverse client base. If you’re passionate about intelligent automation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring operational excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in optimising their use of Power Platform technologies.

  • Oversee a dedicated team within the Managed Service division.

  • Ensure smooth operation and governance of Power Platform assets.

  • Provide operational support, manage expectations, and handle escalations.

  • Work closely with developers and business teams to validate requirements and clarify technical feasibility.

  • Identify opportunities for new automation solutions while maintaining existing systems.

About You

You thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment and bring a passion for automation and service excellence. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience developing and/or supporting Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

  • Expertise in the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Starter Kit.

  • A strong understanding of governance and assurance in Power Platform environments.

  • Ability to translate technical problems into non-technical language for stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational, planning, and self-management skills.

  • Experience in training and mentoring support staff in Power Platform solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to incidents and support requests.
