This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to drive strategic automation solutions for a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

Guide clients in optimising their use of Power Platform technologies.

Oversee a dedicated team within the Managed Service division.

Ensure smooth operation and governance of Power Platform assets.

Provide operational support, manage expectations, and handle escalations.

Work closely with developers and business teams to validate requirements and clarify technical feasibility.

Identify opportunities for new automation solutions while maintaining existing systems.
About You
You thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment and bring a passion for automation and service excellence. To succeed in this role, you should have:

2+ years of experience developing and/or supporting Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Expertise in the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Starter Kit.

A strong understanding of governance and assurance in Power Platform environments.

Ability to translate technical problems into non-technical language for stakeholders.

Strong organisational, planning, and self-management skills.

Experience in training and mentoring support staff in Power Platform solutions.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to incidents and support requests.
