£46,000 - £64,000 base + 20% bonus

We are seeking an Automation Service Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Managed Service Team, helping clients safely scale automation solutions while working across a variety of technologies and industries.

What You’ll Do:

As an Automation Service Analyst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Intelligent Automation solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support, optimize, and expand automation initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Automation and platform administration
- Intelligent Automation maintenance and performance monitoring
- Workflow and application management
- Capacity and incident management
- Troubleshooting and production support
- Design, delivery, and management of change requests
- Performance reporting and stakeholder communication

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in automation or related fields
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Experience with .NET programming languages, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, ABBYY, Decipher, Blue Prism Interact
