Edge Tech is proud to be working with an international law firm who are growing its technical team. Our client has over 14 offices across the globe and boasts a turnover of £190m+. They have a very strong client base including companies in the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 and have a focus in the Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Services, Mobility and Technology sectors.

Our client works to a simple formula: a can-do ethos, values that are much more than words on paper, and the agility to find the best way for each individual client - whether that's ways of working, pricing structures or just innovative ideas that make a real commercial difference.

This is reinforced by two industry awards our client has won recently - ‘Law Firm of the Year’ and ‘Legal Team of the Year’.

Due to the appetite of transformation across the firm they are now looking for a Development Team Lead to play an integral part of overseeing the development and maintenance of the IT systems and services.

You will be involved in all phases of the development of business-changing enterprise solutions leading a team of experienced developers to deliver outstanding services to the business and its users.

You’ll be tasked with regularly reviewing the development standards including software development and deployment lifecycles with other team leaders as well as designing, developing and maintaining software applications in accordance with software and security development lifecycles.

You will also play a key part in testing all software development and resolve any issues, ensuring systems operate as they should be while contributing to third-tier support processes, resolving problems, documenting root causes, and improving service levels.
