Digital Transformation Software Vendor

£40k - £50k base + bonus

Hybrid working – Must be open to travel to the office 1-2 times a week in Yorkshire

Edge Tech is proudly working with a growing software vendor that offers solutions and services around Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflows, Mobile Applications, and eForms to public sector organisations across the UK.

Our client’s aim is to help customers drive efficiencies and create new digital services for themselves and the public. They do this by helping businesses make the most of their existing systems and investments, integrating them together by adding a modern digital transformation capability.

Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their successful sales team. You will be tasked with selling their suite of cutting-edge technology solutions to Healthcare organisations across the UK.

Our client will provide you with not only a warm pipeline of 10-15 prospects at qualification stage but you’ll have support of telesales executives whose focus is generating warm leads for you along with the backing of their marketing function filling in the top of your sales funnel.

As a sales hunter yourself you’ll be comfortable generating your own new business opportunities working closely with senior stakeholders, in a consultative manner, across the Healthcare sector to help innovate their businesses through the use of technology.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in new business / new logo software sales
  • Experience of having sold into the Healthcare sector
  • A background in selling to C-Suite and senior stakeholders in both business and tech departments 
  • Strong communication, presentation, rapport building and negotiation skills
  • Experience of having sold Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be a huge plus
