We’re working with an AI startup on a mission to redefine how businesses deliver client success through automation and intelligent insight. Their product is already transforming how mid-sized agencies and consultancies run, and now they’re building the founding sales team to take it global.

 

They’re hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive who’s equal parts closer, prospector, and builder. They need someone who wants to help craft the GTM engine, not just run it.

 

What You’ll Own

  • Full-cycle sales: Drive outbound, run discovery, close deals in the £15K–£50K ARR range.
  • Prospect with purpose: Work 1:1 with an SDR to target and engage high-potential accounts.
  • Sell transformation: Land multi-threaded deals with C-suite and senior client leaders.
  • Contribute to playbooks: Build the sales toolkit alongside leadership and founders.
  • Operate in motion: Navigate a fast, ambiguous, high-output environment; it is precision over volume.

 

What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years closing mid-market SaaS deals (AI-native or SalesTech background preferred).
  • Proven at both outbound generation and closing.
  • Familiar with MEDDICC or modern qualification frameworks.
  • Hungry, articulate, and thrives without a corporate brand behind you.
  • Builder mindset with the energy and curiosity of an early-stage founder.
