Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We’re working with an AI startup rewriting how agencies and service businesses deliver client outcomes. Backed, well-funded, and moving fast, they’re building a sales engine powered by next-gen AI tools, with room for ambitious SDRs to grow fast into AEs or leadership roles.
They’re hiring two founding SDRs — high-energy outbound specialists who want more than a call list: people eager to build messaging, test ICPs, and help define the GTM motion from zero to one.
What You’ll Own

Run high-quality outbound through phone, email, and LinkedIn, you will own your sequences end to end.

Book meetings that convert with AEs, the commercial lead, and the CEO.

Leverage AI tools like Clay, Apollo, and custom SDR agents to scale your outreach.

Refine messaging and ICPs with leadership — this is as much testing as targeting.

Collaborate closely with your AE counterpart to co-own pipeline success.

12–18 months of outbound SDR experience in SaaS or tech.

Proven success booking, not just dialing always quality > quantity.

Confident communicator who can tailor value to different industries.
