Job Description

Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer

AI Transformation Consultancy

London (Hybrid – 1 day/week Liverpool Street)

Permanent

£60k - £65k base

This isn’t another “build a few Power Apps and call it AI” role.

We’re working with a fast-growing AI transformation consultancy that’s actually delivering real-world AI.

They partner with major organisations across healthcare, transport, infrastructure, and enterprise to redesign how work gets done using AI, from early-stage use cases all the way through to production-grade systems.

Think: agentic workflows, AI copilots embedded into operations, and solutions that people actually use day-to-day.

They’re hiring a Copilot Studio / Power Platform Developer to help build and deploy these systems at scale.

What You’ll Own:

  • Build AI Agents. Design and develop Copilot Studio agents solving real operational problems, not demos that sit in a deck.
  • End-to-End Power Platform Delivery. Create applications across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse that plug directly into business workflows.
  • Integrate into Real Systems. Connect AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources to make them genuinely useful.
  • Make AI Reliable. Design prompts, orchestration, and guardrails so agents behave consistently in production.
  • Work Closely with Clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to turn messy, real-world processes into clean, working solutions.
  • Ship, Test, Improve. Be part of the full lifecycle. Build → test → deploy → iterate.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Copilot Studio Experience. Hands-on building conversational flows, agent logic, and real use cases.
  • Strong Power Platform Skills. Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse.
  • Integration Experience. APIs, connectors, enterprise systems, you know how to make things talk to each other.
  • Understanding of Governance. Security, access control, compliance, you build things properly, not just quickly.
  • Builder Mindset. You can take a vague idea and turn it into a working product.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • Exposure to Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
  • Experience with AI agents or AI-assisted workflows
  • Background in regulated environments
  • SC clearance (or eligibility)

Why This Role is Interesting:

  • Real AI Delivery (Not Slideware). You’ll build systems that actually go live and change how teams operate.
  • Variety of Problems. Work across industries like healthcare, transport, and infrastructure, no two projects are the same.
  • Agentic AI Focus. Be at the forefront of Copilot + agent-based workflows inside enterprise environments.
  • Flexible Setup. Hybrid London (1 day/week).
  • High-Impact Work. You’re not a small cog; your work directly shapes how clients adopt AI.

If you’ve been working on Power Platform and want to move into proper AI delivery, this is one of those roles that actually gives you that step up.
