This is an early engineering hire where your work directly shapes the product, the stack, and the future of the company. You’ll be building production-grade AI agents used by some of the largest enterprises in the world; Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, and more.

What you’ll take on

  • Architect, build, and ship production-ready AI agent systems that read, edit, and flag risks in enterprise contracts and documents.
  • Collaborate directly with founders and product leaders to define technical strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Design intelligent full-stack solutions across Python, databases, backend systems, and front-end integrations.
  • Own code quality, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Push the boundaries of agent frameworks (LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen) and AI-first engineering practices.
  • Measure success, optimize workflows, and continuously improve product performance at scale.

What they’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience building AI products in Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • Experience with agent-driven systems, CI/CD, databases, and full-stack development.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you’ll take ownership of hard problems.
  • A builder at heart, someone who wants to influence product, engineering, and technical culture from day one.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in enterprise software, startups, or AI-heavy environments.
