Account Executive - Leading Cloud Expense Management Software Provider
Remote - UK
Circa £65K base + Commission

Their award-winning cloud-based platform helps businesses automate expense reporting, mileage tracking, approvals, and reimbursement, integrating seamlessly with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
With clients in 90+ countries and a strong track record of innovation, they’re scaling fast and looking for ambitious sales talent to join their journey.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Account Executive to join a growing commercial team and take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close.
You’ll be selling a proven SaaS solution that delivers measurable ROI and clear operational impact for finance and operations leaders.
You’ll work directly with:
- The CEO and executive team, helping shape strategy and go-to-market initiatives
- The Marketing team, to refine messaging and support targeted campaigns
- The Customer Success team, to ensure smooth handover and long-term client satisfaction
- You won’t be siloed, you’ll be part of a close, collaborative team that’s building something remarkable together.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting and cold outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close, all the way to onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Selling into SME, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients (including Fortune 500 companies) across EMEA.
- Engaging directly with C-level decision-makers and senior stakeholders, particularly across Finance, Procurement, and Technology functions.
- Driving regional go-to-market strategy using a focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
- Building strong, multi-threaded relationships through cold calling, personalised campaigns, digital outreach, and in-person events.
- Partnering closely with marketing and product teams to optimise inbound lead conversion, refine messaging, and create high-impact outbound strategies.

What you’ll bring
- Proven success in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales — ideally within FinTech, Expense Management, or HRTech (though strong performers from adjacent SaaS verticals are encouraged to apply).
- Experience closing mid-to-enterprise-level deals, particularly with senior Finance, Procurement, or Operations leaders.
- A commercial mindset — someone who can articulate value, ROI, and strategic impact with clarity and confidence.
- A structured, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy, accountability, and creativity drive results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a polished, consultative sales style and strong emotional intelligence.
