£90k - £100k base + bonus + benefits

They’re looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong experience with GCP to join their highly successful team. As a Data Architect, you’ll shape a strategy that makes data accessible, user-friendly, and secure. What You’ll Do:
- Build Bridges: Collaborate with diverse teams to transform business needs into robust, data-driven solutions.
- Architect Innovation: Design cutting-edge data platforms and tools to enhance data discovery, sharing, and self-service analytics.
- Lead with Impact: Establish policies and best practices to maintain data quality, governance, and security.
- Drive Adoption: Lead change management and empower teams through training and data literacy initiatives.
- Stay Ahead: Leverage the latest in Data Mesh architecture and modern cloud tech to keep our data strategy on the forefront.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years commercial experience in data architecture, data management, and governance frameworks.
- A strong grasp of Data Mesh architecture and self-service analytics.
- Proficiency with data modelling, ETL, and visualisation tools.
- Experience in cloud environments (GCP / Google Cloud Platform is required)
- Familiarity with Spark, Hadoop, and DBT.
- Certification in TOGAF or data management is a plus!
