£150k - £175k base + Double OTE + Stock Options
London (Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite + travel to client/partner meetings)

Our client is a rapidly scaling international tech consultancy on a mission to transform the future with automation, AI, and data. Headquartered in the US with delivery centers across the globe, they’re expanding fast and we need a seasoned VP of Sales to lead the charge across EMEA.
The Opportunity
As VP of Sales, you’ll be the architect of growth, leading a team of top-tier sales talent and building high-value strategic partnerships (including a key alliance with UiPath) to expand our client's presence across the region. You'll shape strategy, close high-value deals, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leadership to drive impact at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive Strategic Growth

Lead the EMEA sales strategy with a laser-focus on new business and revenue generation

Identify untapped market opportunities and tailor strategies to capture them

Own forecasting, budgeting, and planning to hit aggressive growth targets
Inspire & Lead a High-Performance Sales Team

Recruit, mentor, and empower a team of ambitious individual contributors

Set clear KPIs and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation
Build & Strengthen Strategic Alliances

Act as the face of their UiPath partnership, driving collaborative go-to-market success

Co-create tailored solutions that expand our reach and deepen client impact
Stay Ahead of the Market

Monitor competitor movements, tech trends, and customer needs

Feed insights into product and service enhancements
Collaborate Across the Business

Align with marketing, delivery, product, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and sustainable growth
What You Bring:

10+ years of sales success in tech/automation/AI services, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams across EMEA

Experience developing strategic alliances, especially with partners like UiPath
-
Deep knowledge of the EMEA market landscape and its cultural and regulatory dynamics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
