£30k - £35k basic + bonus

London – Hybrid (One day a week in the office)

Edge Tech is working exclusively with a leading boutique AI, Automation and business improvement firm dedicated to helping organisations in the private and public sectors save time and money through AI-enabled process and service optimisation.

Our client works with businesses of all sizes to help them solve their challenges, improve their processes and become more efficient by combining operational excellence methodologies, digital capabilities and technology solutions.

As part the work they’ve been doing lately they have been helping customers understand the art of the possible for AI, developing pipelines with practical use cases, and creating custom solutions, primarily driven by LLMs.

The Opportunity

As the Agile Project Manager and Business Analyst you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of project plans, maintaining and updating project documentation, including RAID logs and progress reports.

You will also collaborate with customers to identify their business needs and develop suitable solutions, acting as a Scrum Master you’ll facilitate agile ceremonies and maintaining product backlogs while tracking and report on project milestones and deliverables.

Alongside this you may also be involved in contributing to our client’s internal product development and business by participating in content creation, LinkedIn engagement, and new business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including roles like Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Proven track record in maintaining product backlogs and facilitating various agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • A background in consulting and engaging with clients is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering projects involving RPA or AI would be beneficial.
