£80k basic + 15% bonus 

Hybrid - London once a week

We are working on behalf of a global telecommunications business who are looking for Product Manager to join their Data Democratisation team.

Our client is the UK’s fastest broadband network, the nation’s best-loved mobile brand and one of the UK's biggest companies too.

As the Self Service Product Manager you'll be responsible for understanding user needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly and effective self-service solutions. Alongside this you will oversee the roadmap, implementation, enhancement, and reliability of our client's self-service platforms, while staying updated with the latest capabilities for potential implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for self-service data products.
  • Possess the technical proficiency to understand and implement Tableau and GCP (BigQuery), and define a product roadmap aligned with technical implementations.
  • Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and data quality requirements, including data governance and stakeholder mapping.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure we maximize the value of our products efficiently.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of self-service platforms and solutions.
  • Maintain the reliability and data quality of self-service products.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for our self-service products and solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly in developing self-service data products or analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record with self-service platforms and solutions.
  • Strong grasp of data management, analytics, and visualization concepts.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and proficiency with product management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
