Edge Tech is working exclusively with Europe’s leading Intelligent Automation consultancy that’s growing its UK&I team. Our client boasts over 200 enterprise global customers which utilise their specialist capabilities to innovate and transform the way their organisations work.
Our client is partnered with Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft to name a few and offers a full complimentary range of services which cover RPA, NLP, Chatbots, Image and Voice Recognition & Process Mining.
Due to their ongoing success, they are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join the team in the UK.
Working within their sales team you will be responsible for prospecting for new business by researching accounts, initiating contacts via cold calling and emailing and then qualifying leads. You’ll help identify clients’ needs and aim to develop trust and credibility with prospects over time.
You will have full autonomy to create outbound campaigns with compelling messages to generate new leads that resonate with customer needs. You’ll also approach current accounts to find new opportunities and grow the account by uncovering pockets of growth and craft compelling messaging to gain interest.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years technology new business sales experience
- Experience having sold into the financial services or insurance sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Lusha
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – confident at dealing with senior decision makers and delivering presentations
- An interest in intelligent automation and AI would be a huge plus.
