Hybrid (1 day a week in London office)

Edge Tech is proudly working on behalf of  a global consultancy headquartered in the UK with a decade-long legacy of optimising processes and delivering tech transformation for global giants.

Our client partners with customers to design and implement next generation operations – redefining operating models, optimising process and embedding automation. Their core services include GBS & Transformation, AI & Automation, Outsourcing Advisory and Process & Task Mining.

Their customer portfolio includes the likes of EDF, AstraZeneca, Zurich, Adidas & Swarovski.

As part of their ongoing growth, they're looking for a Senior Account Leader to join the team where you'll be the strategic leader, sculpting their BPO vision, with a focused lens on finance-related services.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to foster the growth of key accounts as well as leading the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. On top of this, you will leverage a strong background in finance to guide clients in optimising their financial processes through our client's BPO solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Experience as a Senior Leader within the BPO industry with the ability to demonstrate success in growing accounts and delivering complex projects.

 

  • Possess a strong finance background with a strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and industry best practices, with a background in finance-related services.

 

  • Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at the executive level.

 

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth, client satisfaction.

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
